Redemption
A good day to my friends on this blog. I had cancelled the blog for various reasons in May, primarily time due to my many areas of responsibility in the ministry. I have been asked to please post the scriptures by some of the ladies who live out of the area and some locally who work when we have the Tuesday evening Bible Study.
I pray the Lord's blessing on all of you. We are currently in Job, so be a part of the glorious miracles, redemption and restoration in Job's life. God's faithfulness is for you also!
Blessings,
Marta

May 19-31 Readings
Have you ever had an "oops"? I saw an "oops" this morning after the Lord refreshed my memory about this blog. I once told a friend of mine that I needed one more day in my week but she lovingly replied "but you will just fill that day up too". Ouch. She knew me well and it was a true statement about my life. Over-commit, over- schedule, over-worked, whatever you call it, it is what it is - a boundary issue.
It is so easy for other's boundaries to creep into our fence line isn't it? As Christians we so often feel guilty if we say the word "no". We feel like we let people down and even let God down but God is the one who gives us boundaries to protect unwanted stuff to rob us of out time; Seek His kingdom first (Matt. 6:33) and many others in His word. Boundaries protect, boundaries also prevent. Inventorying our time is something we must do on a regular basis. What are some time robbers in your life? I too must do an inventory of some time robbers that need to go so I don't wake up one day and suddenly realize I haven't done my blog since May 18th!
So friends, it is inventory day today. :)
I pray that you too take some time today and inventory, locate, isolate and say bye, bye!!
Blessings and boundaries,
Marta

Did You Come Across the Jordan River?
Today is May 5, 2011 and it is the National Day of Prayer which is being celebrated and commemorated all across our nation. In my simple mind I find it difficult to understand why a nation founded on Christian values and standards have one day a year to call people to pray? Is it being done as a reminder to those who have become faint in their walk with the Lord, is it a publicity ploy, or maybe a nice thing to do - thank God if we have time to do so on this one day of the year. Why isn't every day a National Day of Prayer? Christ is returning for the spotless bride - the church. How spotless are we? What kind of condition would Christ find His church if He were to return TODAY? Help us LORD, forgive us Father, for they know not what they do? Or do they?
Our nation is in crisis. Marriages are in crisis. Families are in crisis. We are in dark days. But our hope in glory is Christ Jesus! He is our ONLY hope.
We are told to not grow weary, to rest in Him. Did you cross your Jordan River or are you still in your wilderness wandering? I love how God knits things together in His perfect plan. Last night we had a good friend, Glen Bleakney in to minister and he talked about the wilderness. The wilderness is our area that God wants us to learn to be conformed to His image, to have the mind of Christ. Glen talked about the umbrella sin over everything - the Sin of Unbelief - as being the mantra of all sin. Isn't that what we witness in the Israelites as they wandered in the desert for 40 years? Unbelief that God would supply their needs, unbelief that Moses was chosen by God to lead them into the Promised Land.............
On this National Day of Prayer and every day, we must submit to the will and the word of God. He told us He set before us life and death, blessing and curse - choose life so you and your descendants will be blessed. We have a choice, we have free will. God will not override our will but He told us what to choose. Choose life. If we do not do what He tells us to do through His word, we will continue to wander in the desert, in the wilderness and never cross over, just as many of the Israelites did not. Don't be one of the carcasses left for the vultures to devour. Don't let disobedience and unbelief keep you from what God has for you. Oh, beloved, He has so much for you. Taste and see that the LORD is good. Yes, He is good.
Desperate for Him,
Marta

Stones of Remembrance
Hello friends-
In the reading for April 11th in Joshua 4:7 we saw where the Jordan River stopped flowing when the Ark of the Lord's covenant went across. Joshua instructed 12 men that he chose to pick up and carry a stone of remembrance over to the other side of the Jordan River. 12 stones were carried across the Jordan River representing one for each tribe of Israel. They constructed a memorial to share with future generations to remind them what the LORD had done for them in bringing them out of captivity. It was a sign of "do not forget what the LORD has done".
I encourage you to reflect on your own Stones of Remembrance. What do you want to leave as a legacy for those after you - children, grandchildren & even great grandchildren......... What do you want them to remember about you and your relationship with God? What do you need to be reminded about how God has delivered you, saved you, loved, you, blessed you, etc. Write it down for future generations to read and be inspired that what He did for you, He will do for them also.
Blessings on you as you define your own Stones of Remembrance. I look forward to your sharing your thoughts and responses on what was done for you - because He loves you!
May the Lord bless you!

Holy Week
What a beautiful time of year this is. Springtime is here and we are seeing signs of newness, freshness and color as the buds explode from the winter's wilderness. As we recall how Jesus paved the way for us and may we never ever forget the suffering He endured and the shedding of His blood so we could have newness, freshness and freedom from eternal life separated from God forever.
As we have seen the Israelites led into the Promised Land, reflect this week how Jesus has led you into your promised land, here on earth, through your salvation, your belief in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
I pray that this coming Easter Sunday be filled with a new sense of hope in your life. Display those stones of remembrance of your life to visually remind you of all that He has done for you!
Continuing to enjoy the journey!

Moses, my servant is dead
Dear friends-
The wandering of the Israelites is coming to an end and in Deut. 34:7 at 120 years old Moses dies. Regardless of the times Moses blew it (like we do), v. 10 says it beautifully "There has never been another prophet in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face. v.11 "The LORD sent him to perform all the miraculous signs and wonders in the land of Egypt against Pharaoh, and all his servants, and his entire land." v.12 "With mighty power, Moses performed terrifying acts in the sight of Israel." Yes he did. The people of Egypt had never seen the like of the numerous plagues that occurred as Moses was trying to negotiate with Pharaoh to "let my people go."
In the NT readings we read of deliverance in Luke 11:24 when an evil spirit leaves a person and searches for rest. When it finds none it returns to find its former home swept and in order. If we don't fill that swept area with the Holy Spirit and the word of God, the demon will return and bring 7 other spirits and the person is worse off than before. Luke 12:8 tells us that when we acknowledge the Son of Man on earth, He will acknowledge us in the presence of God's angels. In v.22 Jesus is telling his disciples not to worry about everyday life- whether it is about the food we eat or clothes to wear. Jesus says "For life is more than food, and your body more than clothing." In Luke 12:49 we read the reason for Jesus coming to earth. v. 51 "Do you think I have come to bring peace to the earth? No, I have come to divide people against each other!" Some commentators feel that the fire symbolizes the divisive nature of Christ's ministry, consuming the destructible and purifying the indestructible, separating the sheep from the goats.
Thank you for your diligence in the journey. Over 100 days of being in God's word! Way to go and may you be richly blessed by the presence of our Lord in your life.
If you are in the Clermont area, this Friday night the 15th we will be celebrating an authentic Seder dinner at The River Church @ 6:30. Please come and be a part of our rich heritage of Israel.
Still enjoying the journey!

Getting close to the Promised Land
Moses is giving several farewell addresses to the Israelites as they prepare to enter the Promised Land -Finally! He is reminding them ALL that God has done for them and ALL that He has provided for them as they wandered in the wilderness for 40 years. Murmuring and complaining kept the Israelites on a very long journey that should have been only a few days. Oh, how that is still true today. God's people - well we still murmur and complain, don't we? We are still going around that mountain after all these years. I want to challenge you today. In the next week's readings, as we see Moses die and Joshua being instructed to lead the remaining Israelites into the land of milk and honey, into the Promised Land, what have you been murmuring and complaining about; what has held you in the wilderness for far too long???? Be free today! When God created you, he placed your eyes in the front of your head/face so we would always look forward. We have to physically move our body to look behind us. Stay face forward with your eyes firmly planted on the Lord and move into your Promised Land of freedom and redemption on this day.
I will be praying earnestly for you this week as you cross the Jordan River with Jesus right by your side.
Enjoying the Journey,
Marta

A New Month of Refreshing
Hello friends!
In our area yesterday, we had a deluge of rainfall plus other issues that storms bring in. Yet today, as I look out from my prayer chair, sun cometh in the morning! As I was reflecting on this change of weather I am reminded that this too can be how our lives are. We have storms that sometimes seem to come out of nowhere and we take cover and scramble to protect anything that may become damaged or whirled away. We even scramble to protect our heart in times of emotional storms, don't we?
But I am also reminded of the many storms I have experienced and walked through. I am reminded that God was always there for me. I am reminded of the people he placed in my path to encourage me and pray for me. That's the unique aspect of the mind; we can recall and bring up things of our past - good and bad.
As we study God's Word this year (it's already April!) we are doing just as we are instructed - renewing our mind, taking on the mind of Christ, learning how to have godly thoughts and resting in the peace that surpasses all of our own understanding. We are learning that He will never leave us nor forsake us and that He came to give us life and life more abundantly! He is our life, He is our life! He is the one who is walking with us through the fire and as He did with the 3 Jewish friends, Shadrach, Meshach, and AbedNego He was there beside them and you know what? They emerged from that fire with no smell of fire or smoke! God protected them as He will you in your fire, in your storm. Amen!
Oh, joy cometh in the morning. Let His joy cometh on you and as the rain washes away the dirt and debris, allow the Spirit of God to wash you in His love each day.
I love you and will continue to pray for each of you as you dedicate this year to our Lord. When we pray, we talk to God and when we read the Bible, His Word, He is talking to us. Imagine that! Listen carefully. :)
Still enjoying the journey!

Friends-
It's been a long cold winter, but spring has arrived!! Amen to that and yes, it has been a long cold winter. And I might add that there has been some stuff that has died off, Praise God. But the new sprouts are springing and the birds are chirping. I pray we have all learned something during these winter months and remember that God will turn mourning into dancing and that He continues to be the light on our pathway of life.
Ps. 68:19 "Blessed be the Lord, Who bears our burdens and carries us day by day, even the God Who is
our salvation" Selah (pause, and calmly think of that!) Amplified Bible
He continues to be faithful in all of our lives.
Enjoying the journey,

Enjoying the journey,
Marta

70 Days and going strong! March 12-20
Hello my friend-
Today we witnessed the affects of a ferocious earthquake and tsumani that transpired in Japan. One of my first thoughts was the loss of life and where are they tonight - eternally?? My second thought was directed toward the second coming of Christ. We do not know the hour or moment of His return, but we will know the season. We are in the season and time is running out.
Last week the top news story was the fiasco in Wisconsin. Oh my, some of those people they were dragging out of the congressional building are teaching our children. We as a nation and a world have drifted so far away from submission and respect for authority as we model rebellion to the children.
The Word of God must be our plumb line. Wavering here and there away from what God says will never be His will for our lives. Our choices will bring either rewards or consequences. Wow, this has been happening since Genesis and will continue until Jesus returns. Our study is now in Numbers in the Old Testament and Mark in the New Testament after 70 days. We have read 265 pages and many of those pages are full of rebellion and disobedience to the Lord and His commands. But one thing that was discussed last Tuesday night in our study was this - God is serious about sin! And we need to become serious about not committing sin. In the Old Testament if someone brought the wrong sacrifice, they died. God was serious about obedience in the Old Testament and He is serious about it now.
In our recent readings, there is a strong repetitiveness about the Sabbath. God created everything in 6 days and rested on the 7th. He expects the same from us. We work 6 days and rest on the 7th. We are to honor Him on the 7th day. In ministry we hear from many that "I work so hard cleaning and laundry and shopping on Saturday that Sunday is my only day to sleep in" or" God knows how tired I am. I am sure He will understand when I don't go to church on Sunday." Well, no He won't. It is a command to honor the Sabbath, even in the New Testament and nothing should ever come before Him. The Sabbath is the LORD's day. God wants His people to come together corporately to worship Him and to minister to one another and to hear the message He has anointed His messenger - the Pastor to deliver. Just as tithing is on the first-fruit of our wealth, so is Sunday the first-fruit of our week. We need Him. We need His Word to strengthen us, encourage us, grow us and love us and we need each other; other believers. He is so good and his mercies are new every day. His promises are yes and amen! Don't let the devil of lethargy, laziness or excuses rob you of what God intended for you to have whether it is in this study and being faithful but also being in His house Sunday mornings. "People who accept discipline are on the pathway to life, but those who ignore correction will go astray." Prov. 10:17 (Feb. 26)
We never know what tomorrow will bring. Many left for work on Friday morning in Japan and never returned home that evening! Be aggressive and determined to stay connected to your Creator!
I love the King, and the King loves Me. This is for you too!
Love and blessings to you.

March 1st has arrived! Readings March 1 - 11
Spring is in the air as we skip into the month of March. Bye, bye cold weather and hello beautiful springtime. Ahhh, we Floridians love this sunny weather and mild temperatures and many seemed to be a bit grumpy during the freezes we had this winter. Shhh my husband was one of those. He is so Floridian. If it dips below 70, I just crank on the fireplace to keep him thinking it is still warm - at least inside. Me - well I am from Idaho and I like a little bit 'o cold weather so I can see my breath. The air seems so crisp and clean when it's a little bit chilly outside.
Just as spring is coming in behind the chilly winter, the Book of Leviticus will soon be behind us as we see the Book of Numbers just over the horizon in a few short days. Wow, Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus and soon Numbers. Oh, and don't forget the richness in the Psalms, Proverbs and Matthew and Mark of the New Covenant. Congratulations for being so dedicated thus far and I continue to pray for you all to remain faithful to spending and dedicating this year to read God's Word and get to know Him on a deeper level. He is so faithful when we are faithful!
Amen sista and continue to enjoy the journey as you spring into His Word!

Readings for February 22-28
Ps. 36:5 has always been one of my favorite Scriptures: "Your love O LORD, is faithful as the heavens; your faithfulness, stretches to the skies." From Genesis to Revelation, God is faithful because God loves me and He loves you.
For the past week, my father-in-law has been in hospice. He is ready to go home to the Lord and it has been a beautiful time of saying goodbyes, some soul cleansing and spirit refreshing. He is having experiences in the light as he readies for his departure from here and his glorious entrance into Jesus' arms. Prayers have been answered because God is faithful.
God blessed Moses because the Tabernacle was built to God's specifications and He was pleased. There must be a significant importance with the Tabernacle. We have spent a lot of time reading and reading scriptures about the Tabernacle. God wants all of us to know that He desires to be with us - because He loves us. But the Tabernacle is so much more. It's perfect. It represents God's House. The church is a replica of the Tabernacle. The Most Holy Place. The best was used to construct it; gold, silver, bronze, precious stones.... The offerings were perfect, no blemishes and specific. And God blessed Moses. Why? Because he was obedient and reverenced the LORD so God blessed him. So simple.
He wants to bless you today, but His blessings are conditional. We obey, He blesses. So simple.
Enjoying the journey,
Marta

Feb 16-21 Readings
It is still amazing how over the past few weeks we have watched the nation of Egypt unravel before our eyes. Camel rides by tourists are at a standstill as they wait and wait and wait.... Out of this unraveling, we are starting to see other surrounding countries follow suit.
So here we are - in Exodus and Egypt visually walking in the Word witnessing the Israelites escape slavery and God's continued provision for His chosen people; the parting of the Red Sea, sweet water to drink, manna to eat, water from a rock, and victory in battle. In spite of His faithfulness in provision and protection, they still resort back to what is familiar in worshiping the golden calf. Familiar grounds is where satan loves to take us for occasional visits hoping that the onions and leaks are missed so much we stay on one of our visits and we never completely enter our Promised Land the LORD has for us.
But God is persistent because of His love for us. He wanted so much to be among His people so He instructed Moses on how the Tabernacle was to be built. He gifted the craftsman and artisans by the Spirit in a specific, detailed creation. He resided in that Most Holy Place where only the select could enter. God longs to visit and bless us. We were created by Him to dine with Him. But so often we also resort to familiar ground in our lives and "things" take priority over our relationship and time with our Lord.
Persevere in this year of walking with Him daily. Perseverance has a result of blessing! You will never be the same as you cross over into the Promised Land. I pray you commune with God as never before. I pray you have visitations this year as you stay faithful to His calling and I pray your beauty treatment this year is from your encounters with God in the Most Holy Place.
And remember, wisdom is your friend!
Enjoying the journey,
Marta

Leviticus emphasized covenant matters of the Levitical priests with a focus on holiness and worship. The Israelites have now been gone from Egypt for 3 months. We will see in the book that God will guide His people in how to live in a daily relationship with Him and one another. They were to be holy, because the LORD is holy.
Enjoying the journey,
Marta

Feb 11-15 Readings
We have surpassed "40" days of reading the Word. Have you had some "stuff" burned off of you? I call them our burnt offerings. :)
We have witnessed in the readings how God parted the Red Sea. I pray you see the enormity of that! If God can part the Red Sea for the Israelites to escape their tormentors, He will do the same for you as you face Red Sea events in your life. He is the same yesterday, today and forever, What He did for the Israelites, He will do for you. "Ask, and you shall receive, that your joy may be full." John 16:24 He is still the God of the impossible. He just makes it possible!
Love and blessings.

February 6 thru February 10 Readings
February, the month of love.....God showed his endless, committed love to the Israelites when He directed Moses to lead the people out of Egypt. They had lived in Egypt for 430 years and on that 430th year, they left and so we have the feast of Passover to be commemorated from generation to generation as a reminder that the LORD fulfilled His promise to bring His people out of slavery.
He is so faithful and His promises are Yes and Amen. P.U.S.H. Pray Until Something Happens is a phrase Pastor Danny has used for about a year with the church. And then wait patiently upon the Lord and remember......His timing is not our timing. Relax and enjoy the journey because God is (or should be) in control.
Love and blessings,

A New Month!
Where did January go??? I love new days, new weeks, new months, new years...... so if you are just starting with Women of the Word 2011, Welcome to February!
In January we studied Genesis and our awesome Creator God and how quickly we humans ushered sin into the world - Chapter 3 I believe. Our flesh will always get us.
I find it amazing still how the Bible Studies we have participated in always correspond with whatever is happening in our surroundings. As we "waundered" (lol) into Exodus, the news media was reporting on the violence going on in Egypt. God's timing is always perfect and please keep Egypt in your prayers. Jesus is coming soon as we watch the signs of the times of His return. Are you ready?

Well, we survived the storm!
Last night was a whirlwind of a storm in Central Florida. I was in my home and the wind suddenly picked up at a horrific rate of speed. I remembered Jesus when he spoke to the wind "Peace, be still". So that's what I did. I spoke to the storm to be still and proclaimed the blood of Jesus over our home, the church and our community.
Some months ago I had a dream that Pastor Danny has shared in church. I was sitting in our church and I noticed people coming into the church walking very fast. They were all carrying a camouflaged Bible and I noticed they all had an orange sticker on the top of the Bible. I recognized the people were coming from a specific church and was astounded that their pastor could get all of them to bring their Bible to church. When I awoke I asked the Lord if that was what he was telling me in the dream and he said No what I was showing you is #1 the camouflaged Bible represented we are in a war and #2 the orange sticker on top of the Bible represented that the Word if being discounted. Wow. That hit hard but is true. Many are preaching a diluted Gospel, a diluted Word and the sheep are being misled. There will come a time when the sheep will wake up and run to churches that are speaking the Whole Gospel, the Whole Word of God and the Truth. That is why they were coming in very quickly.
I am so thankful that you are a part of this wonderful journey of the Word in 2011. We are unlearning some wrong teachings and learning truth and the power of the Word. I remembered Jesus' words as he spoke to that storm because I have been in the Word of God and the only way we are going to know the Word of God is by being in the Word of God.
Enjoying the journey,
Marta

Week Review
When we first read the story of Joseph and his wicked, jealous brothers, one would think that it was satan who was involved in this plot to separate Jacob from his beloved son. Joseph may have given it the same thought that satan was leading the pack for his destruction. We followed Joseph's life from when his brothers threw him into the cistern in Gen 37:22 through all of his trials with Potiphar, his imprisonment and then his eventual position of leadership under Pharaoh in Gen 41:41. Throughout his trials though, we continue to see that "The LORD was with Joseph." He had favor from THEE KING throughout his years in Egypt.
Joseph was second in command under Pharaoh in all of Egypt. I do think there was some pleasure and using his power to torment his brothers as they came crawling for food because of the famine that had also spread to the land of Canaan. But as we see in Gen. 45:4-5 Joseph revealed his true identity when he told them "But don't be upset, and don't be angry with yourselves for selling me to this place. It was God who sent me here ahead of you to preserve your lives." Wow. That is powerful. That's why we saw in the Word that "The LORD was with Joseph" or "But the LORD was with Joseph in the prison.." or "the LORD made Joseph a favorite with the prison warden".
There is a comical twist in this story too. The brothers thought they were getting rid of their father's favorite and they would never be bothered by him or his dreaming again, but they were playing right into God's hand and His plan for Joseph and His plan to use Joseph to preserve the people so they wouldn't all die of starvation during the famine!!
God is so in control of our lives. His plan is much better than we could ever imagine. Trust him in what He is doing in your life right now. If there is stretching happening, relax and enjoy the journey. He sees the end and it is good for you! You Love the King and the King loves you!
Continued blessings,
Marta

The Journey Continues
The Book of Genesis is so rich and full of history. I want to do a review of our readings so far and what the theme of each day seems to be.
Jan 1 - Creation and we were al created in God's image. The Trinity (God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) is revealed - "Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us" That was in Genesis 1:26
Ancestory of Jesus in Matthew - another new beginning
Jan 2 - Satan the serpent in the Garden of Eden. Sin enters. In Matthew John the Baptist began preaching repentance
Jan 3 - Adam's decendants. Noah was the only blameless person living on earth Gen. 6:9
Satan tries to tempt Jesus in Matt. 4:4
Jan 4 - The Flood. God's covenant with man to never destroy with water and remember the rainbow as a sign of the covenant! Jesus began preaching repentance in Matt. 4:17
Jan 5 - Babel. God confused the people and scattered them all over the earth. That's why there are so many different languages in the world.
Jan 6 - God's covenant with Abram, the Hebrew
Jan 7 - Abram and Hagar and the birth of Ishmael
Jan 8 - Sodom and Gomorrah - destroyed because of the wickedness and sin in the city
Jan 9 - Isaac is born to Sarah. Abraham is 100 years old.
Jan 10 - Sarah dies at age 127. Matt. 8:17 "he took our sicknesses and removed our diseases" (Jesus)
Jan 11 - Abraham marries again and dies at age 175
Jan 12 - God's covenant with Isaac
Jan 13 - Jacob's dream of the stairway. Rachel and Leah
Jan 14 - God tells Jacob to return to the land of your father
Jan 15 - Laban goes after Jacob
Jan 16 - Jacob and Esau as Jacob returns to Canaan
Jan 17 - God renames Jacob Israel
So much wealth of knowledge in 17 days reading. We see sin entering on our 2nd day of reading. God had barely finished creation! Thank you for your grace LORD on and for your peculiar people. That's us!

That's us!

We gathered on Tuesday night and had an amazing time with the Lord and His Word. It was a night of anticipation for sure for all of us.
Over the years we have all had a variety of interpretations taught to us regarding God's Word. My prayer for this year is that we allow the scriptures to interpret themselves. It is what it is - God speaking to me and to you. I also pray we have discernment. As Matthew 7:15 states "Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves." Vicious because they want you to be distracted and misled. Long for truth so you have an "understanding" of what God is communicating. 2 Tim. 3:16-17 "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." NIV

Day 1 and 2 of the One Year Bible
In just 2 days, it is so amazing the revelation God is showing us. Many comments from some ladies that they are truly being blessed already. He blesses faithfulness. When you diligently read His Word and commit to daily obediance He will bless you. In just 2 days, blessings already. This is just the start to an incredible year for you as you pursue God to know Him in a greater way.
There is one who does not want you to devote this time to the Lord. He is our enemy and his name is satan. He will use anything and sometimes anyone to divert you from your daily reading. I have been praying for all of you because he even tries it with me so I know he will go after you and try to rob you of your time with God.
Perseverance + Endurance = Blessing
Emmanuel - God is with us. Yes He is! and I pray you feel His presence and His love He has for you today and always.
Love you,
Marta

Happy New Year Friends!
Welcome to you and welcome to 2011, the Year of the Bible. I pray that you will experience God and His Word in a powerful way - from Logos (The Word) to Rhema (Revelation). Yes, may you have a Rhema Revelation this new year.
If you have the One Year Bible in the New Living Translation, follow the daily readings starting today, January 1st and then each day read the scriptures for that day. It would be a great idea if you had a journal to make notes or post questions on this blog. If you do not have this Bible then I will outline the daily readings for you as follows:

Genesis 2:1-25
Matthew 1:1-25
Matthew 2: 1-12
Psalm 1:1-6

Jan 2
Genesis 3:1-24
Genesis 4:1-26
Matthew 2:13-23

Don't feel overwhelmed with the above daily readings. In my One Year Bible it is about 2-3 pages total. Use your highlighter and highlight whatever you want. This is your Bible and God's Word speaking to you.
Please feel free to ask questions on the blog or email me at martahartzog@hotmail.com or you can find me on facebook too. I want you to have an incredible journey this year. God's Word is life-changing and I don't want you to miss anything He has for you.
"All Scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16-17.
